Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help! We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the original shipping date for unworn, unwashed, and non-custom items.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@guardianangelcollection.com with:
✔ Your name
✔ Your order number
✔ The reason for the return (exchange or refund)

Return Shipping Costs

• If your return is due to a defect or packaging error, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
• If you’re returning or exchanging for any other reason, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. We’ll process your refund or send out your exchange at no additional cost.

Important Notes

- Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
