    • Jewelry and Ornaments: Delivery times range from 4-14 business days, depending on the item.
  • International Orders:

    • Please note that delivery times may be longer for international orders.

Received a Damaged Item?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Although rare, if your item arrives damaged, please email us a photograph of the damage at support@guardianangelcollection.com, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately. If your order has already been sent to print, we may not be able to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of delivery, please email us at support@guardianangelcollection.com with your name, order number, and reason for return (exchange or refund). We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we will process your exchange or refund without additional charge.
Note: Custom-made products are non-returnable.
