How long does it take to receive my order, and how much is shipping?

You can expect apparel and mugs to arrive 5-8 business days* after you make your purchase.

You can expect jewelry to arrive in 3-14 business days.

Get free shipping when you spend $75.00 or more.

International

We accept international orders as well. Please allow a longer time for delivery.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Really sorry about that. Although it's very uncommon, accidents do happen. Please e-mail us a photograph showing the damage at support@guardianangelcollection.com, and we'll make it right for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may be able to if you e-mail us quickly. If it has been sent to print, then it's too late to cancel or make any modifications. We will try to accommodate you as best possible.

What's your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 60 days of delivery please email support@guardianangelcollection.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning (exchange or refund). If the return is due to a packaging error or defect, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping, and we'll send you an exchange or refund at no extra cost.

Do you give any discounts on large orders?

We can give you a discount if you order 10 or more items. Please e-mail us.

Can I add a custom name to a product?

Yes, all of our apparel designs are customizable at an extra cost. Please e-mail us.

There are no returns for custom made products.
