How long does it take to receive my order, and how much is shipping?

United States

You can expect apparel and mugs to arrive 5-8 business days* after you make your purchase.

*Please note that due to the Holiday rush, it may take an additional 4 business days to receive. We are not making any delivery guarantees unless noted on the product page. 

You can expect jewelry to arrive in 3-14 business days.

International

We accept international orders as well. Please allow a longer time for delivery.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Really sorry about that. Although it's very uncommon, accidents do happen. Please e-mail us a photograph showing the damage at support@guardianangelcollection.com, and we'll make it right for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may be able to if you e-mail us quickly. If it has been sent to print, then it's too late to cancel or make any modifications. We will try to accommodate you as best possible.

What's your return policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied within the first 60 days of receiving your product, let us know and we'll make it right. Please contact us. 

There are no returns for custom made products. 

Do you give any discounts on large orders?

We can give you a discount if you order 10 or more items. Please e-mail us.

Can I add a custom name to a product?

Yes, all of our apparel designs are customizable at an extra cost. Please e-mail us.
