Q. What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 60 days of delivery please email email@example.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning (exchange or refund). If the return is due to a packaging error or defect, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping, and we'll send you an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
There are no exchanges or returns for custom orders.
Q. When will my order ship?
Apparel - It usually takes around 3-5 business days for orders to print and ship.
Jewelry - Ships between 2-7 business days depending on the piece.
Please note that our premium jewelry takes 10-14 days to handmake and ship.
Q. Where do you ship from, and what shipping service do you use?
We ship from multiple locations around the US. Sometimes you will receive multiple packages depending on what you order. Most of our items are shipped via USPS First Class (1-3 business days) and USPS Priority (1-3 business days) depending on weight. Our engravable necklaces ship via DHL and are delivered by USPS.
